The gym is a bit pricey but well worth it. Cleanliness has never been an issue for the 4 months that I have been a member, and equipment is rarely out of service. Staff members, such as Zeke, are very customer oriented and pleasant to talk to!

I’ve been to several prestigious gyms in the DFW area for seasons at a time for several years now. This gym takes the best part of each of those gyms and throws it into one building. There is no fear of it getting too crowded because of the surplus of machinery for each muscle group. The saunas, multiple shower head and rain head showers, lockers, stretch area and posing room are great additions to this gym that has traditionally been known for the rugged and aggressive lifting environment. The lights change color depending on the time of the hour, and the construction surrounding the gym is excellent quality. The machines are from top-tier brands and broken machines are quickly repaired. This is a professional environment full of pro-bodybuilders, brand promoters and influencers, but there is so much space that you will never be in their way nor you in theirs. It’s not obnoxious here like you would see in other gyms, and everyone is very friendly. The staff are very helpful, such as Gabriel who helped me recently. The restrooms are constantly cleaned and messes on the gym floor are taken care of quickly. They also take routine trips around the floor to check on things. This gym is an excellent addition to the lifting scene of DFW and has set the bar very high. I encourage all to visit this gym.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolute Recomp is hands down the best gym in the nation! I made a 2-hour round trip to train here, and it was worth every second of the drive. This gym has everything you could possibly want—state-of-the-art equipment, a motivating atmosphere, and a community of people who are as serious about their fitness as you are. The layout is perfect for both bodybuilding and functional training, and the attention to detail in every corner of the gym is unmatched. You can tell they’ve thought about what body builders truly need. The energy here is infectious—it pushes you to go harder and achieve more. I left feeling stronger and more focused than ever. If you’re serious about your goals, Absolute Recomp is the place to be. I’ll gladly make the drive again and again!

This is my SOUL GYM!! It is THE culture that I've been separating for ever since UFCFit closed their locations. Friendly to everyone regardless of experience and state. Huge selection and variety of equipment. Incredibly welcoming and helpful staff. My first time at this location and Zeke helped me navigate the floor and find everything I needed!

While in Fort Worth for a week, I needed a gym to keep my routine in check. I had heard alot about this place and it did not disappoint! I grabbed a 5 Day punch card at a really good price! All machines are high end, the layout was awesome! Tons of cardio equipment upstairs. Music was on point and the energy and atmosphere in this place is unmatched! If I lived here, this would be my go to gym! Highly Recommended!

10/10 gym welcoming to all body types and the availability of equipment is fantastic as well. Other amenities are great and I would recommend thinking about coming to this gym to anyone wanting to find a new home gym.

I truly enjoy coming to this gym. The staff is attentive and always aware of their surroundings. Yesterday I witnessed a situation where a member dropped the bar while bench pressing, and Freddie responded immediately to help remove the weight. His quick reaction and awareness made a big difference. It’s great to see staff members who are proactive and ready to ensure everyone’s safety.

I am not someone who loves the gym, but I recently started working out here and I absolutely love this place. It is so clean Not overcrowded when you are going at 5 AM lol And most of the staff is very friendly! I was recommended by a client of mine and her husband Freddy and they have definitely been by my side, pushing me and I’m very thankful for that! Shout out to Freddy and his wife for being my motivation even on days i do not feel like showing up!

Overall it’s one of the most unique and high‑end gym experiences I’ve come across in the Fort Worth area. From the moment you walk in, you can tell this place isn’t your typical fitness center — and that’s both a good thing and something to consider depending on what you’re looking for.

First visit here at an Absolute Recomp Ft Worth. I’ve been hearing a lot of good things about the gym in the DFW area numerous times over the years and finally got the chance to check it out myself along with my brother. Number one thing I noticed right away is the cleanliness, the employees are vacuuming and cleaning the floors and machines multiple times! Which was great! The vibes and music is immaculate. So many machines that you wouldn’t find at your local commercial gym. Caters to so many types of training as well, whether you’re into bodybuilding, powerlifting, Olympic weightlifting , crossfit or just working out for overall health and well-being. Huge shout out to Ayla for helping us purchase some merchandise !! Drove 25 minutes to checkout the gym from Grand Prairie. So really hoping they open a location in the Arlington, Grand Prairie or Mansfield area ! 🙏🏼
